THE ROLE 
CSR have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in in our Yarraville - VIC office! 
You will play an essential role in representing our business! Customers are the key to our continued success and this role will assist our team in providing an excellent customer experience every time! If you are seeking an innovative industry, with engaging customer experiences and a sense of accomplishmentthis is the role for you.
**A typical day looks like**:
- Processing orders promptly and accurately. 
- Providing sales and support using your product knowledge. 
- Keeping customers updated and informing them of order updates. 
- Understand and comply with Chain of Responsibility laws for configuration of orders and transport. 
- Other general administration as required.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, weekly rotating shifts between 6am-6pm.
**You will have the following**:
- Have high energy and enthusiasm with exceptional communication skills 
- Be passionate about customer service with suitable experience to match. 
- Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills, SAP experience desirable 
- Have initiative and multi-tasking skills 
- Experience working in a fast-paced enviroment
