This role has been newly created in an organisation undergoing rapid change and expansion. Reporting directly to the Senior Change Manager, you will play a critical role in facilitating business change initiatives by gathering, analysing, and communicating data and insights. You will provide business and change analysis support by identifying people, processes and systems impact, supporting readiness tracking. This role requires a strong technical aptitude, proficiency in utilising AI tools, and exceptional storytelling and communication skills. Key Responsibilities will include: Support the Senior Change Manager in delivering organisation-wide business change objectives. Build comprehensive information packs and perform data analysis to support decision making. Apply technology and AI tools to enhance change analysis and communication processes. Plan and run workshops to gather research data from stakeholders and business users. Document findings thoroughly and create relevant change artifacts. Utilise your strong communication skills and storytelling experience to convey change impact and benefits clearly. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition during change initiatives. Required Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a Business Change Analyst or similar. Strong technical skills with a solid understanding of data analysis and the ability to leverage AI technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for storytelling and crafting compelling narratives. Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with diverse stakeholders to gather and validate requirements. Highly organised with the ability to document and produce change management artifacts effectively. Familiarity with change management frameworks and tools and advanced Microsoft Suite skills Experience working within large or complex change programs, particularly in the not-for-profit / for-purpose sector, healthcare or similar What is Offer: Opportunity to work with senior leadership and contribute to impactful business change initiatives.
