Lead the Future of Perioperative Care
Lead digital transformation across 23 operating theatres, improving clinical workflows, patient safety and perioperative outcomes. This role is permanent part-time (48 hours per fortnight).
Responsibilities
* Lead implementation and optimisation of perioperative digital workflows.
* Drive change management and practice transformation initiatives.
* Develop clinical standards, guidelines and governance processes.
* Champion patient safety, quality improvement and service excellence.
About You
* Experienced Registered Nurse with passion for clinical informatics, innovation and improving healthcare delivery.
* Advanced perioperative nursing and clinical informatics expertise.
* Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and change management skills.
* Experience with iEMR, digital health systems and data‐driven improvement.
* Excellent communication, problem‐solving and strategic thinking abilities.

The Princess Alexandra Hospital (PAH) is a tertiary health care centre providing care in most major adult specialties. It offers world‐class health care to Brisbane City's southern suburbs, including emergency, medical, mental health and surgical services, liver and kidney transplant, trauma management, and organ transplants. PAH hosts the Translational Research Institute (TRI) and a new Clinical Research Facility.
