Executive Park Management Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced park manager to oversee daily operations and lead the team in a leadership role at one of Australia's most iconic outback destinations.
About the Position
* Manage daily park operations, coordinate staff, and maintain high standards across all areas.
* Support guest check-ins, reservations, and account handling.
* Oversee budget tracking and revenue management.
* Mentor and lead staff across departments.
* Maintain park presentation, safety, and compliance.
Key qualifications include:
* Leadership experience in holiday parks, hospitality, accommodation, or tourism.
* Strong operational coordination and mentoring skills.
* Experience with budget oversight and reporting.
* Familiarity with RMS or similar reservations systems (ideal).
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
* Flexibility for weekend and after-hours shifts.
* A valid driver's licence and willingness to live on site.
Requirements
* Customer-driven, results-oriented, and ready to take charge in a leadership position.
* Previous experience with manual handling (up to 20kg), kneeling, squatting, and working with chemicals and machinery.
* Valid Federal Police Clearance and Working with Children's Check required.
