**About the Role**: 
As the People Coordinator, you’ll provide strong administrative support and coordinate meaningful activities to enable a positive People Experience that is inclusive and collaborative. You will provide timely and accurate administrative support with strong attention to detail. The position will support the People Team in encouraging a culture across the Group and Brands that drives employee engagement and a truly unique employee experience. As the People Coordinator will also be required to support across KMD Brands when required. 
**Day to day responsibilities**: 
- Support Employee Relations & HR Operations - Coordinate employment changes, generate formal documentation, and assist with performance improvement processes to ensure smooth and compliant employee experiences. 
- Lead Onboarding & Offboarding Logistics - Manage end-to-end onboarding and exit processes, from welcome packs and system setup to exit interviews and equipment returns. 
- Champion People & Culture Initiatives - Coordinate cultural events and engagement programs that foster connection, boost morale, and celebrate our crew. 
- Drive Organisational Accuracy - Maintain up-to-date org charts, employee data, and internal systems, while supporting payroll and reporting needs. 
- Enhance Communication & Engagement - Manage HR inboxes, update intranet pages, and support crew updates, milestone celebrations, and gift registry coordination. 
- Empower Managers & New Starters - Coordinate internal training on key systems, support inductions, and ensure all departments are aligned for a seamless start.

- Strong written and verbal communication and administrative skills, with strong attention to detail. 
- High levels of diplomacy where empathy and discretion are required. 
- Team player committed to working collaboratively. 
- Demonstrated ability to organise and plan, meet tight and conflicting demands and deadlines, along with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. 
- An understanding of and complete commitment to confidentiality. 
- A growth mindset to continue to develop within the role 
**Qualifications & Experience Requirements**: 
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or equivalent relevant qualification. 
- Experience in an HR Administrator or Coordinator role or similar. 
- A strong desire to build knowledge and experience in the HR field. 
- Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Office suite. 
- Experience with HRIS systems - specifically Dayforce is highly regarded. 
- Warm, collaborative approach to working with people. 
- Ability to work well under pressure with a high level of accuracy.
