We’re looking for a Provider Network Manager to help shape, grow and strengthen our Members’ Choice provider network.
The Opportunity In this role, you’ll lead the operational delivery of our ancillary provider network strategy. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll ensure our networks deliver strong value, performance and experience for both customers and providers.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing end‑to‑end ancillary provider contracts to ensure value and compliance.
Building strong relationships with providers and practice teams nationwide.
Using data and insights to identify trends and address performance outliers.
Leading targeted provider recruitment to maintain optimal network coverage.
Supporting onboarding and seamless integration of new providers.
Triaging provider and customer issues and driving process improvements.
Coordinating cross‑functional initiatives and ensuring delivery of key milestones.
Reporting on network metrics and recommending improvements for sustainability.
Driving continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process uplift, operational efficiencies, and enhanced provider and customer experience.
Balancing strategic engagement with hands‑on execution, including managing day‑to‑day operational tasks to ensure consistent, reliable contract management of our providers.
About You You’re a collaborative relationship builder with strong commercial acumen, data confidence, and a solutions‑focused mindset. You bring:
Tertiary qualifications in health, business or a related field.
Experience in health insurance or healthcare (highly regarded).
Strong critical thinking and clear communication skills.
Experience in contract or provider relationship management.
A proactive, adaptable approach and passion for improving experiences.
You take ownership, follow through, and maintain momentum even when the work is detailed and operational.
