Are you an organised and personable individual seeking a new opportunity in the medical field? Our practice in Grafton is currently seeking a reliable medical receptionist to ensure that our patients have smooth and welcoming experiences when they visit us.
This role is being offered as maternity leave cover, with the possibility of becoming a full-time ongoing position upon review.
Key Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in reception and administrative roles, ideally within medical or allied health settings is preferred
* Competence in using medical software, managing appointment schedules, and maintaining patient records
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, contributing to a supportive and caring environment for patients
* Ability to multitask, prioritise responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
* Awareness of privacy and confidentiality requirements within healthcare
