Responsibilities
* Perform advanced skin treatments including facials, chemical peels, LED therapy, IPL, and skin needling
* Conduct skin consultations using a skin analysis machine and develop personalised treatment plans
* Provide expert product and skincare advice to clients
* Maintain detailed and accurate client records
* Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and compliance with health regulations
* Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new treatments, and product knowledge
* Support sales targets through treatment upgrades and product recommendations
* Participate in social media activities such as Reels and educational content, where required
* Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth clinic operations
Requirements
* Certificate IV or higher in Beauty Therapy or Dermal Therapy
* Minimum 2 years' experience in advanced skin treatments
* Proficient in performing IPL, skin needling, peels, LED therapy and skin consultations
* Confident using a skin analysis machine and recommending personalised treatment plans
* Skilled in beauty treatments including waxing, brow shaping, lash lifts, and spray tanning
* Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions and advanced treatment protocols
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and training
Preferred Qualifications
* Additional certifications in IPL, skin needling or advanced facial treatments
* Familiarity with advanced skincare brands and cosmeceutical products
* Sales or retail training in skincare or beauty products
* Experience with skin analysis technology and diagnostic tools
