About the Role
As an NDIS Support Worker, you'll play a vital part in helpingparticipants in Whyalla achieve their goals and stay connected tothe community. Whether it's providing one-on-one support orencouraging social and economic participation, your work will makea tangible difference in the lives of others.

* Supporting individuals with daily living activities, inline with their NDIS plans.
* Encouraging community participation and workplacereadiness.
* Providing person-centred support that honours individualgoals and preferences.
* Collaborating with families, carers, and professionals forholistic care.
* Promoting inclusion, cultural awareness, and high ethicalstandards.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone warm, empathetic, and reliable,someone who understands the unique strengths and challenges ofregional communities like Whyalla. You’ll thrive in this roleif you:
* Hold a Certificate III in Community Services, DisabilitySupport, Peer Work or similar (or have equivalentlived/professional experience).
* Have a current SA driver’s licence.
* Hold a DHS Working with Children Check and an NDIS WorkerScreening Check.
* Bring experience in community support or one-on-one clientcare, particularly in regional or remote settings.
* Communicate effectively and build trust with individualsfrom diverse backgrounds.
* Understand the NDIS and have knowledge of disability and/ormental health supports.
