Electrical QA Lead Position Available
Our company is seeking a skilled Electrical QA Lead to join our team and assume responsibility for overseeing electrical works on a major project in Western Australia.
To be successful in this position, candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor in the heavy construction industry, a WA electrical license, and excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills are also crucial for this role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining QA/QC plans and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and maintaining accurate records of all QA-related activities. A strong understanding of Australian Standards and experience in supervising QA teams are highly valued in this position.
