We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Machinery Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining machinery, managing the fleet, and supervising staff.
Main Responsibilities:
* Service and maintain farm equipment

* SUPERVISE AND TRAIN STAFF IN MACHINERY USE AND MAINTENANCE
To be successful in this position, you must have extensive experience in diesel fitter mechanics and a strong understanding of mechanical systems. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
