What you’ll be doing
* Partnering closely with the Restaurant Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team
* Taking ownership of key operational areas including labour, stock, inventory and daily performance
* Driving exceptional customer experiences and confidently managing guest feedback
* Coaching and mentoring Assistant Managers, Supervisors and team members
* Leading shifts and ensuring smooth, compliant operations across the restaurant
* Stepping in as Acting Restaurant Manager when required, managing the restaurant end-to-end
What we’re looking for
* 2+ years experience in a hospitality leadership role (Assistant Manager, Senior Supervisor or similar)
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
* A commercial mindset with an understanding of KPIs, labour, stock and operational performance
* Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads from the front
* Availability for day shifts with flexible rosters — no early mornings or late nights
