The Role
Our VidaCorp Consumer Brands QLD OTC team is expanding. This role is responsible for executing OTC sales and marketing strategy for brands like Chemist's Own, Natalis, Ferro-gradC and MCoBeauty through developing relationships and business priorities with key pharmacies and buying groups in the territory. Ultimately the Territory Manager is to be recognised as a trusted advisor and partner with the decision-makers in the targeted pharmacies within Brisbane North and monthly regional travel (Rockhampton).
Key Responsibilities
Focus on building and developing relationships with pharmacy owners/managers, pharmacists, dispensary technicians/managers, store managers, pharmacy assistants, and group managers/procurement.
Drive new product launches and strategic marketing campaigns to advance and increase substitution, loyalty, and brand presence.
Understand and analyse pharmacy-driven targets/goals and performance (monthly, quarterly, etc.).
Interpret and identify rebates attributed to each pharmacy based on performance measures.
Allocate bonus stock according to performance and contractual arrangements.
Promote (sell-in) the OTC product portfolio, established expansion products, and new launches (NPD).
Demonstrate business acumen, market knowledge, and ability to make tactical decisions and choices to increase sales within the pharmacy through deals and promotions (monthly and seasonal).
Ensure the Territory Manager gains commitment to promotional programs/stock drops when promoting key focus area products.
Monthly country travel is required to ensure coverage of territory and meeting key business meeting requirements.
Key Skills and Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Territory Manager within the pharmaceutical or FMCG industries.
Natural-born communicator and negotiator, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
Commercially driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong relationships.
Strong time-management and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively prioritise tasks.
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, but not required.
