Your role
In this key role reporting to two partners, you will love the challenge and satisfaction of helping seriously injured clients obtain justice in respect of their work compensation and work injury damages claims.
Only if you desire, flexibility to also practice in some public liability.
You will have your own practice, managing your own files from start to finish (approx 150).
* Obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence and legal research, providing technical legal advice in respect of the viability of the claim, liaising with insurers/their solicitors and doctors, drafting pleadings, submissions, statements, court documents, briefing counsel and attending court, mediation and settlement conferences.

Who you are
* Are a NSW admitted lawyer with minimum two years or more of plaintiff personal injury legal experience, highly autonomously managing workers compensation and work injury damages cases.
* Have strong Microsoft Office skills.
* Have strong communication, interpersonal and time prioritisation skills.
* Can work in a vibrant, fast‐paced, deadline‐driven environment.
