Position:Certified Personal TrainerJob Type:Full-timeLocation:FFC Gold CoastCompensation:At FFC, trainers earn commission based on experience and certifications, ranging from $32 to $74 per session.
During the first 60 days, new trainers earn commissions from paid sessions & New Member Sessions, plus a special bonus ($500-$1000 each month during their first 3 months) for meeting session goals.
Trainers are guaranteed to earn at least minimum wage for all hours worked.New Trainer Schedule & Responsibilities (First 60 Days):In the first 60 days, new trainers will follow a set schedule.
They must choose at least five 6-hour shifts per week, with options for morning, evening, and at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday).
