Job Details 2 Day Nanny Educator (15925) Dandenong 2 days per week with a child aged 3 years Rate: $37.84 - $42.65 (L1-L3) per hour including Tax and Super (costs associated with Insurance & Workcover are taken care of by the Employer, who will also process your Tax and Super payments on your behalf) Monday: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm Wednesday: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm Flex with days This family would like: The family is seeking a compassionate and experienced Educator to provide high quality care and educational support for a child diagnosed with Autism. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working with children on the autism spectrum and a strong understanding of sensory processing needs, including recognising and responding to sensory overload. A calm, patient and responsive approach is essential in supporting the child’s individual needs and creating a safe, predictable environment. The Educator will be responsible for closely supervising the child, including maintaining a high level of awareness around safety. A key focus of the role will be to support the child’s development across both fine and gross motor skills. The child enjoys building with blocks, outdoor play, and exploring their environment. The successful Educator will be confident in incorporating these interests into meaningful learning experiences that support developmental outcomes. The family has two kittens. DRIVING NOT REQUIRED You must: - Either be working towards or hold a Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care or other IHC relevant ACECQA approved qualifications e.g. Bachelor Primary Education and are registered with relevant state authority board - Provide at least 3 references. - Have WWCC, Police Check, CPR and Level 2 First Aid - Have a car & driver's licence - Be willing to commit for at least 12 months - Full working rights in Australia.
