About the Role
Are you hands‑on, safety‑focused, and ready to be part of a high‑performing team? We’re looking for a Production Operator / Forklift Operator to help in a quick‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily pre‑start checks on machinery and equipment.
Monitor product quality and take corrective action when needed.
Apply labels and complete finishing tasks such as patching and cleaning.
Clean and store equipment properly after use.
Maintain a clean and secure production area.
Assist with maintenance tasks as required.
Communicate effectively with your team and report any defects.
Be available for overtime, including weekends and public holidays when required.
Skills & Experience
Strong safety awareness and attention to housekeeping.
Ability to work efficiently in a quick‑paced, team environment.
Reliable and punctual.
Willingness to complete company‑paid certifications.
Qualifications
Valid Driver’s License.
Forklift License (essential).
Own transport (preferred).
EWP and Confined Space tickets (advantageous but not essential).
Personal Attributes
Dependable and consistent in attendance and performance.
Takes accountability and shows initiative.
Resilient, hardworking, and physically capable of manual tasks.
Authority
Stop production if safety or quality concerns arise and notify your Supervisor.
Report equipment issues to maintenance and your Supervisor.
