7 Month Contract – 30 Hours per week on offer Bella Vista Location with opportunity to do some WFH $75 - $85 / hour Super depending on experience The Opportunity An excellent opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst has come up to gain hands-on experience with a full ERP migration. You'll be involved from testing and validation through to go-live and implementation support, contributing to critical business transformation. This role offers genuine exposure to end-to-end implementation, with a focus on UAT, system configuration testing, and building comprehensive process documentation that will shape how the business operates on its new platform. Key Responsibilities Own and support a system migration to a new ERP Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across multiple business units Conduct system testing for transactions, workflows, and system configurations Develop and document SOPs Assist with account re-mapping for month-end reporting to suit the new ERP Provide general project and admin support throughout implementation About You Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar, supporting ERP migration projects ERP experience in Momentum Pro, BMS, or similar systems is highly regarded although not essential Strong UAT and process mapping experience Advanced Excel and Word skills Experience with financial reporting systems (e.g. OneStream) highly regarded Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously What's On Offer Flexibility with working hours (up to 30 hours per week on offer) Training and support provided on the new ERP system Hybrid work options available Supportive and collaborative environment How to apply: Please apply by submitting your resume (in Word format) via the “Apply Now” tab to be considered for the role.
