Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage diverse projects end-to-end, from concept through to delivery
* Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal design disciplines
* Stay hands-on with project documentation in Revit, supported by other Landscape Architects, Graduates, and Technicians
* Mentor and support less experienced team members
* Deliver high-quality design outcomes across education, community, and urban sectors
* Contribute to a positive, supportive, and high-performing team culture
About You
* Degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent
* 5+ years' experience as a Landscape Architect, with strong design and documentation skills
* Proficient in Revit (or ready to apply your skills in it)
* Excellent project management, client liaison, and coordination skills
* Comfortable leading projects while remaining hands-on in design
* Collaborative, adaptable, and suited to a small team within a larger organization
* Passionate about creating functional, sustainable, and meaningful spaces
