The Business Services partner is looking for another administrator to join his busy team, recognising that administration is the core of the business and keeps them on track. About the Role:
As an administration officer, your responsibilities will include:
* Looking after/supporting 7 accountants (and a partner!) in the company
* Creating and setting up new entities
* Dealing with ATO and ASIC work, and tax returns
* Scheduling, liaising with clients, cleaning up billings and letters
* Working with the Office Manager and another administrator
About You:
The ideal candidate will:
* Have worked in public practice as an Administrator
* Have experience dealing with ATO and ASIC
* Be a quick and intuitive thinker, organised and a problem-solver
* Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
* Have strong communication skills (verbal and written)
