The Role
As a Sous Chef, you will report directly to the Head Chef and play a key role in the daily operations of the kitchen. Your responsibilities will include preparing, cooking, and presenting exceptional dishes. You will collaborate with the Head Chef on menu creation and recipe development, while also contributing to the overall kitchen management. You will help ensure health and safety standards are met and support junior kitchen staff, providing leadership and guidance to help them excel.

Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to set a positive example for the team
High standards in food preparation, presentation, and quality
Excellent communication skills and teamwork-oriented
