A great opportunity exists for Physiotherapists to join our Community Health Team in delivering a wide range of acute and community-based services.
About the Role
* This is an exciting chance to work from various community-based service delivery centres and contribute to providing services appropriate to the needs of the local community using preventative, early intervention, treatment/therapy, and evaluation approaches.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide physiotherapy services to patients across different age groups and with varying health conditions, utilising evidence-based practices and incorporating consumer-directed care principles.
* Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions tailored to individual patient needs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams as required.
* Maintain accurate records, adhere to professional standards, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
* A recognised qualification in Physiotherapy and eligibility for practicing membership of the relevant Professional Association.
* Demonstrated experience working in community settings, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, prioritising tasks effectively under minimal supervision.
