You'll be responsible for the smooth day-to-day management of a well-maintained North Of River portfolio (maximum 100 properties), working alongside a collaborative team and a Director who values autonomy and trust. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants, with strong support and no micro-management.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage a portfolio of up to 100 properties, ensuring exceptional service and compliance
Conduct routine inspections and open homes
Process tenancy applications and facilitate lease signings
Organise and coordinate tradespeople for repairs and maintenance
Manage bond lodgements and attend court as required
Advertise rental properties and attract quality tenants
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
No PCRs required (these are outsourced)

What We're Looking For
Current and valid Property Management Registration
Australian Driver's Licence and police clearance
Minimum 1 year experience managing a property portfolio
Proficiency with Property Tree (preferred)
Strong working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and compliance requirements
Proven ability to build rapport with landlords and tenants
Demonstrated success in business development and prospecting
