About the role As a Qualifications Assessment Officer, you will support assessment of applications from internationally qualified teachers by reviewing documentation, conducting checks and assisting with accurate and timely case processing. You will receive training and support to build your capability while working in a collaborative team focused on delivering high-quality service to applicants and stakeholders. This role will require you to: Review applications and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy. Assist in assessing overseas qualifications against established guidelines and frameworks. Conduct research into qualifications and education systems. Prepare correspondence, records and case notes. Respond to applicant enquiries in a professional and timely manner. Maintain accurate data across internal systems. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team goals. About you You are a motivated and adaptable individual who enjoys learning and working with detail. You have strong organisational skills, communicate clearly and can manage competing priorities. You bring a positive attitude, a customer-focused approach and a willingness to grow your skills in assessment and case management. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines. A proactive mindset and willingness to learn. Experience in administration, customer service or processing roles is desirable but not essential. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
