A great opportunity has come to fruition to join a well-regarded developer builder on a landmark project on the Sunshine Coast. They have a solid pipeline of local work, at different stages of the project life cycle. This is the perfect time to join them.
Your new role
You will be joining them in a Multi-Story Unit Development, complemented by a site-based commercial team comprised of multiple Foremen, an OHS officer and a Site Engineer. You will be responsible for quality, safety, industrial relations, and the construction program delivering this fully documented D&C project. You will be using Procore for documentation, and Microsoft Project for short and mid-range programming, along with overseeing a large site team.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered, you must have experience as a Site Manager on medium-rise unit developments, ideally with projects that are $30M+ with 6 levels or more. A current Open QBCC Builder's Supervisors Licence is essential, while knowledge of local trades and officials would be advantageous. If you're a Foreman ready for the next step-up and/or have worked on other commercial projects, please also apply.
Only candidates based in Australia will be considered and preferably currently based (or soon to be) on the Sunshine Coast.
What you'll get in return
Salary will be commensurate with experience, while a range between $220k to $260k package is a good indicator, possibly more for the right candidate. This is a permanent role, joining a reputable builder, with long-term local work.
