Customer Service Representative Job Description
About the Role:
* Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring timely and efficient vehicle delivery, resolving client inquiries, and maintaining high-quality vehicle presentation standards.
* Facilitate onboarding process for new clients and provide comprehensive support to ensure their satisfaction.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Deliver vehicles to clients, ensuring timely and efficient service.
* Provide top-notch customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
* Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they have all the information and support they need.
Requirements:
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Essential).
* Ordinary hours vary between 7:00am-8:00pm Monday-Sunday with 8-hour shifts. Must have capacity to work at least a 24hr work week (essential).
* Available to work Saturday, Sunday, and/or Monday (desirable).
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
* Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and thrive in a team-based environment.
