Key Responsibilities
* Carry out structural and cosmetic fibreglass and gelcoat repairs
* Perform paint repairs and colour matching
* Undertake mould sanding, buffing, and detailing
* Deliver quality work within job deadlines
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded
* Any fibreglass repair experience will be considered suitable for this position
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive, motivated work ethic
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Valid work visa or Australian work rights required
* Spray painting experience is preferred but not essential
* Plastic pipe connecting / gluing experience is preferred but not essential
