Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day finance operations including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
* Provide financial insights for project delivery and operational planning
* Maintain strong financial controls, compliance, and end-of-month processes
* Identify opportunities for systems and process improvement
* Work with project managers, operations, and external partners
* Support the executive team with reporting and strategic analysis
Your Skills and Experience:
* Strong experience in financial management or senior accounting roles
* A practical, solutions-focused mindset
* Confidence working in a project-based environment, with prioritization skills
* Solid systems experience, including Excel and ERP/reporting platforms
* Construction or similar contracting experience is highly regarded
