Great Southern Infrastructure and Support Services are seeking suitably experienced and motivated Administrative Assistants to join their team.
This is a Recruitment Pool for Permanent Full Time / Part Time, Fixed Term Full Time / Part Time, and Casual appointments, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
A Permanent Full Time position is available to the right candidate.
Position Profile: Provides an administrative and clerical support function for the Great Southern Infrastructure and Support Services team. Provides a comprehensive confidential and executive secretarial/administrative service to the Regional Infrastructure and Support Services Manager.
Eligibility to Apply
To be eligible for appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments).

Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 30/06/2026 .
