Your Role
You will provide vital support to our team. Your responsibilities will include:
* Enrolments, bookings, attendance confirmation and support through digital platforms
* Fee allocation, receipting and reconciliation
* Administering inclusion support hours online
* Supporting families and carers with enrolment and account queries
* Generating analytical data and reports as required
* Supporting general office and team administration
* Building and maintaining positive relationships with families, schools and stakeholders
* Participating in meetings and additional duties as requested

Essential Skills and Qualifications
You will need:
* Qualifications and/or experience in business administration or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to understand and apply admin practices and policies relevant to children's services
* Strong attention to detail and time management
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
* Willingness to learn about statutory and funding requirements in children's services
* Competency using Microsoft Office 365 and digital platforms
Desirable qualifications include experience using digital platforms.
You must also have:
* Current NSW Working with Children Check
* National Police Check
* A valid Driver's License
