With one of their largest projects in motion there is a need for a Change Manager to facilitate creating and implementing IT organisational change and focus on the people side of changes to the business processes, systems and technology, positions and team structures.
**The Role**
This is a rare opportunity to be a part of a team that is committed to achieving and exploring new boundaries. The Change Manager will report into the Head of Technology and will be responsible for pioneering and driving all aspects of the change management process.
- End-to-end responsibility and oversight of all change components of the project.
- Ensure correct coverage of all business processes impacted by the organisational and system changes in Standard Operating Procedures.
- Conduct an impact assessment of the restructure/reorganisation of roles.
- Communicate changes to impacted stakeholders and the wider group of end-users.
- Manage change to external stakeholders.
- Create training materials and Standard operating Procedures.
- Train end-users on new processes and technologies.
- Plan and execute roll-out activities for launching the platform.
- Produce part of the change and training deliverables.
**Your Profile**
You will be a high energy qualified Change Manager who is able to manage the change that comes with implementing new technology in a positive and dynamic environment. You have an impressive track record of influencing larger teams for impact and building consensus. Whilst implementing change you should have a deep understanding of how the new technology will impact the organisations processes and how you find creative solutions to unexpected challenges.
You will be passionate about driving change, can manage change in complex technology projects, and thrive in fast-pasted environment. You will also have impeccable written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
You will have experience collaborating and with senior executives and are comfortable leading change with business stakeholders to drive the best strategic and commercial outcomes.
