With an excellent reputation in the market place as one of Australia's most successful importers of Hardware and related products, this Australian iconic company based in Welshpool, WA, distributes its products through a network of specialised trade outlets and major hardware chains.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, this position will be responsible for operations.
Manage, supervise and co-ordinate the following teams:
* Freight forwarders and logistic suppliers
* Imports and customs
* Administration and customer service
* Sales team
* Online sales (EBay and Website)
Supervise and assist in administrative, sales and marketing functions.
Supervise orders and arrange for the distribution of goods across Australia.
Arrange the shipment of goods, ensuring that all customs procedures, duties and other documentation requirements are satisfied.
Liaise with freight forwarders and customs brokers.

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in similar role.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent understanding of Import and distribution process within Australia.
Chinese language skill is a plus but not required.
