Marsden Buyers Agents is an exciting, dynamic buyer's agency supporting first home and family buyers across Victoria, specialising in Melbourne's East and South East.
Your role will include:
Client communication, management and relationship building
Comparable sales and pricing research using platforms such as CoreLogic
Attending property inspections and preparing feedback notes
Assisting with due diligence and property risk reviews
Engaging with agent networks & sourcing properties
Filming social media content
We're looking for someone with:
At least 1 year experience supporting a real estate representative
Strong client and stakeholder communication skills
Basic understanding of property transactions, deposits, settlement and contract flow
Ability to assist with pricing research and due diligence summaries
Creative social media skills
High organisation, energy and adaptability in a small team environment
