Our Risk Management Group Control Tower team is responsible for driving operational excellence within the Risk Management Group. We support the Change, Data and Technology functions, enabling improved efficiency, collaboration across teams, and a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes for Macquarie.

What role will you play?

As a Portfolio Operations Manager, you will partner with a wide range of stakeholders, including Product, Delivery, Data and Technology Leads, Risk Management Group division Chief Operating Officers, business managers, and delivery partners. You will establish routines and processes to support operational excellence, drive a strong delivery culture, and enable clear communication and alignment across teams. Your work will also involve providing insights on portfolio performance, supporting leadership with planning and risk identification, and uplifting agile and product ownership capability across the group.

What you offer

* Proven experience in operations, programme or project management, product management or similar delivery environments, with a strong grounding in governance and operational discipline
* Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups and contribute to a connected, high-performing team
* Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver engaging presentations for senior stakeholders using PowerPoint
* Highly organised and self-directed, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Experience using the Atlassian suite (including Jira and Confluence), with exposure to change, data or product delivery, and experience applying agile practices within teams (highly regarded).

About the Risk Management Group

Our Risk Management Group works as an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie's material risks. We are a global team that aims to manage the risks of today and anticipate the risks of tomorrow. Our divisions include compliance, credit, financial crime risk, market risk, operational risk, aggregate risk and prudential, and central.
