Qualified/Apprentice Baker Wanted - Bakers Delight Healesville
We have a delightful opportunity available now for a hardworking and enthusiastic Qualified or Apprentice Baker to join our team at Bakers Delight Healesville. Mature age apprentices welcome.
At Bakers Delight, our Apprentice Bakers are responsible for:
- Baking and presenting quality product
- Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery
- Providing delightful customer service when required
To be considered for this role, you will need to:
- Have a passion for baking
- Be willing to enter into an apprenticeship if you require training, or demonstrate successful completion of prior learning modules, if already undertaking an apprenticeship
- Be a morning person Some shifts commence from 2am
- Have a positive attitude, love working in a friendly team environment and learning recent skills
- Be able to work full time (37.5 hours over 5 days a week)
We pay a modern award rate (General Retail Industry Award) which includes penalty rates for weekends, early starts and public holidays. Also includes annual leave and sick leave.
*To be eligible for an Australian Apprenticeship you must be an Australian Citizen or a Permanent Resident. Apprentices will receive formal training and support from day one.
