Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment: Develop effective recruitment strategies, screen, interview, and onboard new staff members, maintain an active pipeline of potential candidates.
2. Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with relevant laws and regulations, monitor and update policies and procedures, conduct regular audits and risk assessments.
3. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client inquiries and issues, foster strong relationships through effective communication and problem-solving, ensure client satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
4. Staff Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities, ensure staff are well-versed in policies and procedures, oversee incident management, ensure compliance with incident protocols, conduct investigations and implement corrective actions.
5. Marketing Support: Assist with marketing initiatives and campaigns, manage social media presence and content creation, help coordinate marketing events and activities.
