About the Role
We are looking for caring, reliable, and motivated Domestic Support Workers to join our ADS Team.
In this role, you will:
Provide domestic assistance such as cleaning, laundry, tidying, and meal-related tasks
Support clients with shopping, social activities, and light transport to appointments
Build positive relationships while respecting client independence and confidentiality
Monitor client wellbeing and report any concerns to your supervisor
Work within client care plans and BWNG policies to deliver safe, quality support
This is a client-facing role that requires professionalism, empathy, and the ability to maintain clear professional boundaries.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain/maintain)
Current Class C Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
NDIS Worker Check (or ability to obtain)
Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
Desirable:
Experience working with older people and/or people with disability
Experience providing domestic support, transport, or social support
Ability to maintain professionalism when working with people with diverse needs and backgrounds
