The Role:
As Sales Associate, you’ll support a leading agent across both administrative and front-end sales activities (approx. 70% admin, 30% associate duties). You’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless campaign management and outstanding client service throughout the sales process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing listing compliance, marketing campaigns, and agent services inbox
- Preparing and executing agency agreements via DocuSign
- Coordinating property marketing, quotes, and campaign materials
- Managing exchanges and settlements in liaison with solicitors and internal teams
- Attending open homes, photoshoots, styling appointments, and inspections
- Prospecting, cold calling, buyer follow-up, and database management
- Conducting mailouts, letterbox drops, and door knocking
- Providing exceptional service to both vendors and buyers
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous real estate experience is essential
- Current Certificate of Registration (or Assistant Agent Certificate)
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Proactive and professional communication style
- Experience with AgentBox (advantageous)
