Senior Business Liaison Officer is responsible for delivering high-level professional services to support small business productivity. This role involves providing tailored information, guidance and dispute resolution support.

* Research and application of legislation, policies and procedures
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide end-to-end services to boost small business productivity
2. Deliver outreach services to support small business owners
3. Coordinate and administer informal small business dispute resolution services
4. Use high-level communication skills to assist clients with enquiries and requests
5. Manage client expectations and create accurate records
6. Provide high-level advice and assistance in operational matters
7. Mentor other Business Liaison Officers
8. Research and apply legislation, policies and procedures
