As Commercial Lead for Sports & Cinema (Premiums), you will be responsible for the commercial strategy & quarterly planning of Sky Sports and Cinema. You will work with a wide variety of stakeholders across Finance, Marketing, Trading and Propositions teams to improve business performance and incorporate learnings into future plans.
What you'll do:
- P & L ownership for the Premiums business, focusing on developing plans optimised to drive subscriber volumes & business value
- Forecasting & budgeting as part of the quarterly planning process, develop plans and forecasts for the next quarter and years ahead. Lead in forums to get our plans signed off up to MD level.
- Diagnosis work with the in-quarter Trading teams to diagnose performance issues as they arise, and embed learnings into future quarterly plans
- Team management develop and manage a team of 3, ensuring clear goals, objectives and career development plans are in place
- Support on bringing new propositions to market working with the Propositions Team to produce commercial strategies, input into business cases, and incorporate into targets
