With a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, they are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join their growing team.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse, high-profile projects from start to finish. You'll collaborate closely with Project Managers, Site Teams, and subcontractors to manage the commercial and contractual aspects of projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, review and administer subcontractor and supplier agreements
* Manage claims, variations, and contract documentation
* Monitor budgets, forecasts and cost reporting
* Support Project Managers and site teams throughout delivery
* Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
About You
* 3+ years' experience in Contract Administration, ideally in fitout or refurbishment
* Strong knowledge of contracts, claims and cost reporting
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Commercially astute with great attention to detail
* Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
