Key Responsibilities
* Mobilisation – recruiting, onboarding, and mobilising personnel for shutdown work across various client sites. This includes coordinating training, compliance, site access requirements, and travel arrangements.
* Site Supervisor – attending shutdowns to support our site service crews and ensure that site compliances are met to a high standard.
* Mobilisation Coordination: Manage mobilisation logistics including flights, accommodation and contracts. Maintain labour lists and site entry documentation across multiple shutdowns.
* Reception & Office Support: Manage front desk duties, answer calls, and handle administrative tasks including site paperwork and filing.
* Recruitment Support: Assist with ad hoc recruitment tasks, such as candidate coordination and documentation.
* Site Gear Preparation: Ensure equipment and materials are prepared and available for upcoming projects.
* Site Supervisor: Attend shutdowns to monitor safety and communicate with all parties as required, ensuring all relevant incident reports are completed and submitted in a timely manner. To train, motivate and mentor members of your team.
* Orientation Coordination: Organise and facilitate new employee orientation sessions.
* Vehicle Management: Oversee cleaning, upkeep, and scheduling of company vehicle maintenance.
About You
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
* Must hold a current Australian Drivers Licence.
* Previous experience in administration, recruitment, or site support (preferred but not essential).
