About the role
As a Membership Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales of Fernwood's comprehensive range of health and fitness memberships to new and existing clients. This part-time Membership Sales Consultant role at Fernwood Women's Health Clubs in Ballarat,VIC 3350 is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team.
What you'll be doing
* Actively engage with potential members to understand their fitness goals and recommend the most suitable Fernwood membership.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all Fernwood members.
* Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
* Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and member information.
* Continuously deepen your product knowledge to provide members with accurate, helpful information.
What we're looking for
* Passion for health, fitness and providing an exceptional customer experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
* Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer inquiries effectively.
* Highly motivated and driven to achieve individual and team sales targets.
* Flexible and available to work a mix of mornings, late afternoon/early evenings and Saturday mornings.
* Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the fitness or health and wellness industry.
