Accounting Assistant Role

Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing monthly financial statements and reports
* Supporting audit processes, compliance, and statutory reporting
* Entering and maintaining accurate financial data
* Processing invoices, receipts, and payments
* Assisting with payroll preparation and staff reimbursement requests
* Conducting account reconciliations and maintaining supporting documentation
* Monitoring budget expenditure and assisting with analysis
* Working closely with the finance team to improve processes and workflows
* Supporting month-end processes and reporting timelines
* Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
* Assisting with general administrative duties related to the finance department
* Performing other ad hoc accounting tasks as required
