Switchboard Operator:
The role requires and Australian citizen that holds a clearance and able to work on client site.
The role requires the individual to answer calls from the public and departmental staff, update internal and external systems and boards for Government use to ensure all information is up to date. Manage work out of an ITSM system and provide updates to clients in regards to the status of their ticket.
