State Sales Manager – Step Up and Lead Growth in Clinical Waste Solutions

We're looking for a motivated and hands-on State Sales Manager based in our Arndell Park Branch to help drive business growth, support our valued clients, as well as build and guide a small, passionate sales and customer service team to success.
What you'll do
* Take ownership of sales growth across your state by identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing relationships with some state and National key accounts
* Lead, support, and develop a small, dedicated team (Business Development Manager, Key Account Executive, and Customer Solutions Consultant)
* Manage the end-to-end sales process – from prospecting and proposals to negotiations and closing deals
* Be a key stakeholder in new business tenders
* Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities, reporting on progress and performance
* Represent Med-X at industry events and networking opportunities to expand our brand presence
What we're looking for
* A proven background in new business development and account management, with consistent success in hitting sales targets
* Someone who has a proven track record in, or who is ready to step up into, leadership – mentoring, motivating, and setting direction for a small team
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a genuine customer focus
* Commercially minded – able to identify growth opportunities and negotiate effectively to achieve business profit goals
* Organised, adaptable, and confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
* Experience in healthcare, waste, logistics, or service industries is an advantage, but not essential
