What you'll be doing:
* Embedding best-practice QA standards across the full product lifecycle
* Designing, developing, and executing automated and manual test cases
* Collaborating with Analysts and Developers to refine user stories and solution design
* Testing functional and non-functional aspects of systems, including performance, security, and usability
* Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues across multiple systems and working with peers to resolve them efficiently
* Developing and maintaining automation frameworks and scripts, with opportunities to expand into Tosca
* Working closely with business analysts and development teams to align testing with business goals
Experience required:
* Proven background in automation testing
* Solid Salesforce testing experience strongly preferred (other CRM experience also considered)
* Experience designing and executing both manual and automated tests
* Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr, qTest)
* Strong SQL skills and API testing experience (e.g., Postman)
* Willingness to learn Tosca and continuously expand your QA toolkit
