About You
* Enthusiastic, driven, and eager to develop your sales skills
* Experience in sales or business development is a plus but not essential—motivation and a proactive attitude are key
* Confident working independently while contributing to a team environment
* Strong communicator with good computer skills
* Knowledge of equipment or machinery is an advantage but not mandatory
Your Role
* Manage casual rentals/sales of access equipment & forklifts, ensuring customer needs are met efficiently and effectively
* Contribute to expanding the company's market share through proactive sales and relationship building
* Lead initiatives to grow regional presence by identifying new opportunities and markets
* Achieve sales targets aligned with business objectives
* Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships, delivering excellent customer service
