**About The Opportunity**:
As a Trainer & Assessor in Civil Construction, some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking administrative duties related to teaching activities
- Collaborating with other trainers and RTO staff to ensure effective program delivery
- Planning, developing, and delivering teaching programs in line with industry standards
- Supervising and monitoring students' progress, assessments, and maintaining accurate records
- Customising, mapping, and validating assessment tools to meet quality and compliance requirements
**About You**:
- A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
- An Advanced Diploma of Civil Construction Design or higher
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Civil Construction Design and Project Management
- Previous experience in preparing detailed geotechnical designs
- Strong understanding of RTO Standards and Compliance requirements
You will also have:
- Flexibility, organisation, and time management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Industry currency in Civil Construction and Project Management fields
