How you'll make an impact
We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist to support our growing community of Cooks and Customers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving problems, enjoys working in a fast-paced SaaS environment, and has a compassionate touch, especially when supporting Support at Home (SaH) and NDIS customers.
What you'll do
* Manage phone, email and website enquiries via the ZohoDesk ticketing system.
* Offer guidance, training, and compassionate support to a diverse group of stakeholders, including Cooks, Customers, Home Care Package SaH recipients and their Care Coordinators/Managers, as well as NDIS participants and their Plan Managers.
* Investigate and resolve issues, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure timely and effective solutions.
* Enhance our Help Centre with self-help resources that empower customers to resolve issues independently.
* Spot trends across various data sets, market insights, and customer behaviors to identify and deliver process improvements.
* Support the Product team by testing new features and provide feedback on the functionality and user experience.
What you'll bring
* 1+ year of Customer Support experience with a SaaS business.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and tech-savvy mindset.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Bonus: Experience with the food industry, SaH/NDIS customers, or B2B/B2C SaaS platforms.
